Highly engaged and result driven as an individual with expertise especially in the field of Talent Sourcing & development; Training and Capacity building; Organizational development & Change management; Competency assessment and Skill gap analysis; Organizational Culture and Communication; Assessment centers and recruitment material development; and Policy & process reengineering, facilitating effective Performance Management System, Engineering Reward & Recognition architecture. An expert facilitator for HR related and soft skills training with numerous training hours under his belt.
